Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) is offering the NLNG Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme to Interested First Year Undergraduate students in Nigerian Universities.

This scholarship program is created to promote academic excellent students by supporting these students through tertiary institutions.

About the Company
The Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) Joint Venture in pursuance of its Corporate Social Responsibility invites suitably qualified applicants for its 2017/2018 Session Tertiary Scholarship Scheme, effective from 17th to 30th April, 2018.
Category of Awards
  • Host Communities Merit Award – For applicants strictly from NAOC Host Communities
  • National Merit Award – For applicants from Non-Host communities


To qualify for consideration, applicants MUST be:
  • Registered Full TIME undergraduates in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions
  • Certified 100 level students at the time of application (Only students admitted in 2017/2018 academic session)
NOTE: The following categories of students should not apply:
  • 200 level students and above
  • Current beneficiaries of similar Awards from other Companies and Agencies
  • Dependants of NAOC/NAE/AENR/NACPFA
Only Indigenes of NAOC Host Communities in Rivers, Bayelsa, Deltaand Imo States SHOULD apply for the Host Communities Merit Award.
Only applicants studying Engineering, Geology, Geosciences and Agricultural Science are eligible for the National Merit Award.

NOTE: The aptitude test will take place at designated centers to be communicated to applicants on a later date and applicants are to fully bear the cost of transportation to and from Aptitude test centres.

How to apply for Agip 2018 scholarship

To apply, follow the steps below:
1.    Click on "Apply Now" tab.
2.    Click on "Register Now" to create an account.
3.    Proceed to your email box to activate your account
4.    Click on to return to Scholarship site
5.    Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.
6.    Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), educational information, other information and upload required scanned documents.
7.    Ensure the name used in application matches the names on all documentation in same order. Upload a sworn affidavit or certificate if otherwise.
8.    Ensure you view all documents after uploading, to eliminate errors during uploading.
9.    When asked to upload photo, a passport photograph with a white background is preferable.
10.  Recheck application information to avoid errors
11.  Click "Apply Now" to submit information
12.  You will receive an email and a sms that confirms your application was successful.
13.  Return to, enter your Email and Password to download your profile and proceed to have your Head of Department sign the document.
14.  Upload a scanned copy of the signed profile, this would be used for verification.
15.  If National Identification Number (NIN) number was not available in step 6, to obtain your National Identification Number (NIN)

    • Visit to register and learn more about the National Identity Number
    • Click "Create Account" and fill in the required  fields
    • Login with Email and Password to complete the form
    • After completion, schedule a date for photo and finger print capture
    • Visit any of the capture centres  to complete the registration process and obtain your National Identity Number
    • You can also do your total registration at the NIMC office
  • 16. Return to and update application with National Identification Number (NIN) to ensure completion
    Multiple applications attract a disqualification penalty from the Scholarship board
    Obtaining NIN is not compulsory in order to complete your application

The Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board, hereby invites applications from qualified Delta State Students in Nigerian Public and Private Tertiary Institutions to participate in the 2017/2018 Student's Special Assistance Scheme (Bursary Award) tenable in Nigeria tertiary institutions.

The scheme is for students already in any recognized public and higher institution/Universities, Polytechnics, College of Education that are on regular programme.


All Applicants must:

(i) Be of Delta State Origin;
(ii) All applicant above 18 years of age MUST have registered with National Identification Management Commission (NIMC);
(iii) All applicant below 18 years of age MUST submit JAMB registration number;
(iv) Be a Registered full time student only of any Public Tertiary Institutions;
(v) (Diploma, Masters and PhD Students are not eligible);
(vi) Either be in Second year or above (200 to 500 level) in the Universities or
(vii) Be in ND II, HND I and HND II in the Polytechnics / Monotechnics;
(viii) Be in 200 level and above for all Higher Institution.
(ix) Only approved public and private owned schools (University, Polytechnics and College of Educations) are Eligible to apply.
Have a CGPA of 2.20 and above in the previous academic year's examination.

(iii) Once the Payment is successful, Login to your profile page to complete your details by providing your Bank details and your Academics details.
(iv) Download and Print your Online Acknowledgement Card after successful payment for verification, It is extremely important that you retain your Acknowledgement Card after sending scan copy to:

The Federal Ministry of Education invites applications from Nigerians for the Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) Scholarship Award for Undergraduate, Masters and PhD students to study Overseas.

This scholarship program will be taken at the following countries:

-Russia, China, Morocco, Turkey, Algeria, Romania, Serbia, Japan, Ukraine, Cuba, Greece, Czech Republic, Syria, Macedonia, Mexico, Egypt, Tunisia etc.

The participating countries are responsible for the tuition and accommodation fees, while Nigeria government takes care of supplement, warm clothing, health insurance, research grant where applicable and take off.

The following courses are available for this scholarship program:

- Undergraduate level – Engineering, Geology, Agriculture, Sciences, Mathematics, Languages, Environmental Sciences, Sports, Law, Social Sciences, Biotechnology, Architecture, Medicine (very limited).

- Postgraduate level (Masters Degree and Ph.D) in all fields.

The BEA interviews are between Monday 19th February – Thursday 22nd February 2018 across the six geopolitical zones. Candidates are advised to apply online before these dates.

For Undergraduates:

i. Applicants must be Nigerians
ii. Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of Five (5) Distinctions (As & Bs) in the Senior Secoundary School Certificate, WAEC (May/June) only in the subjects relevant to their fields of study including English Language and Mathematics.
iii. Applicants Certificates should not be more than Two (2) years old (2015 and 2016).
iv. Applicants age limit is from 18 to 20 years.

For Postgraduates:

i. Applicants must be Nigerians.
ii. Applicants must have completed their bachelors degree program with at least a 2nd Class Upper Division.
iii. Applicants must have completed N.Y.S.C.
iv. Applicants age limit is 35 years for Masters and 40 years for Ph.D.

Application Process:

Interested applicants are advised to visit the Federal Ministry of Education portal to apply.

All applicants for Hungarian Scholarship must visit the website: before 15th February, 2018.

All eligible applicants are to report for interview at the venues scheduled for their respective Zones of origin for proper identification. Two sets of the Printed Completed application forms are usually submitted at the various interview centres with the following attachments:

- Two sets of Photocopies of Educational Certificates and Testimonials of previous schools attended with the originals for sighting;

- One certificate is accepted i.e WAEC of May/June only; • Statement of results must be confirmed by WAEC and forwarded to the Director/Secretary, Federal Scholarship Board, Abuja;

- Two copies of Birth certificate

- State of Origin/LGA certificate duly signed, stamped and dated;

- Four (4) passport sized coloured photographs on white background;

- Academic transcripts and NYSC certificates will be required from applicants for Postgraduate Studies.

The 2018/2019 Federal Government Scholarship BEA interview will hold on a yet to be announced date. Myschool will update the interview date when released

Candidates nominated and finally selected by the awarding BEA countries will be required to submit the following to Federal Scholarship Board:

- Photocopies of Authenticated academic certificates;

- Data page of current International passport, and

- Specified Medical Reports & Police clearance certificate.
